I've been thinking about it...

1.Tudiaa tudiaa...
bila dh start mengarang mcm2 idea kluaq nk mengarang =P

2."Angan-Angan : Nak kembali kan title Daerah Kerian,Daerah Jelapang Padi Perak! ;)
 Walaupun byk bendang semakin berluasa dijadikan taman perumahan =,="

actually this is my fb's post but im gonna label it under other name,Angan-angan >,<

3.Daerah Kerian,suatu ketika dahulu dikenali sebagai Daerah Jelapang Padi di Negeri Perak kini kian terhakis gelaran tersebut,dek kerana dirobek pengusaha-pengusaha perumahan & pemilik-pemilik bendang yg menjual.

4.Siapa yg harus dipersalahkan??!!!
No no,thats so not my style to blame people...as for me its all's responsibilities,why i say so? wait...if i start "bangau-ing" its will be something like below :

i.Pembeli - Beli rumah sbb murah (murah ke? & dekat dgn kg diorg sbb mostly taman2 br bkk ni kt bendang & secara tidak lgsg dkt dgn kg

ii. Pengusaha - It's a biz nature,which is profit seeking aite? Mana ada org bt biz nk rugi,kecuali dia bt Yayasan,Koperasi,Amal Jariah or wut so ever...bila diorg ni dpt peluang,so diorg grab la kan?

iii. Pesawah - mayb depa ni ada mslah,yg tidak dpt dielakkan contoh...nk pki duit,ank nk smbung blajaq ( perghhh mcm cita dulu-dulu je) atau berlaku kecemasan mcm perlu di operate,atau padi x menjadi,atau dia berhutang merata (opss yg ni -ve,xmo xmo xmo) atau depa nk pencen xlarat dh nk bt bendang2 ni, so depa terpaksa @ dgn rela hati jual kt tanah bendang depa.

Ini semua salah....
iv. Kerajaan - Hat ni yg hot sket ni,kata la kan sbb pesawah jual tanah bendang sbb padi x jdi,so yg plg dekat kita nk relate ialah Kerajaan atau MOA (Ministry of Agriculture) depa la ni,x mai tolong kami pesawah-pesawah,padi dok tiap2 musim pakat xjadi,mcm-mcm msalah serangga la,tanah x subur la,banjir la,baja xcukup la...

5.Nampak x bila kita start "bangau-ing" (blaming others) tudiaaaa jd mcm tu...Pernah x kita walau sejenak berfikir & bermonolog,"Ini salah aku" atau ayat drama nya,"Aku yg bersalah dlm hal ini" pnh x?

6. Instead of blaming others,why not try to find solution? prevention is better than cure...atau kita boleh bekerjasama diantara satu dgn yg lain.

7. Orang ramai x tahu,kualiti bhan pertanian kita di tahan yg sgt rendah...(sry terpesong sket tp nk taip jgk)
aku penah p melawat kt RTC Gopeng,jumpa pengurus kt sana dia ada bentang psl benda ni,kalo nk dibandingkan kualiti pasar kita,dgn negara-negara lain sgt berbeda..

in term of quality,freshness,healthy...smpi satu tahap yg bhn tani yg kita beli kt psr tu blh dikategori kan sbgai kotor,2nd rate product...

8. Apabila kita mkn mknn yg "kotor",x bersih,& xsegar...akan melahirkan masyarakat yg tidak "shat" dr pelbagai segi,sbb tu kerajaan bkk RTC & UTC,tp msih ada yg "memboikot" sy xnk sebut sapa tp phm2 je la..

9.Oppsss3,ok back to topic...sy,Mohd Zaihasrul Syafiq B. Zainal Akmar terinspirasi dari Forum Perdana ketika di UiTM Merbok dahulu,dgn panel ialah Ustaz Kazim Elias,Dr Ridzuan Tee & Penyarah Kuin (xingt)
yg bertajuk,Jihad melalui pertanian (tjuk lbh kurang,aiyaaa manyak lupa ouhhh) ini mengembalikan Daerah Kerian to be specific & Malaysia as general to be Negara Pertanian yg moden in shaa Allah with His permission =P bsr sungguh cita2 noh =p

1.Agak lama aku x post new entry,bkan ada pembaca yg menanti setiap entry aku pn kan,so i've no obligation to do so aite =P but if i did got reader waiting for my post,then i will happily keep posting new entry >,< boleh mcm tu?

2.Orang mcm aku jenis x kreatif dlm menulis memerlukan mood yg tgi mengarang sesuatu even i have so many thing to share about,tp mood menjadi penghalang, errrr sry peeps.

3.btw,happy divali to Indians in Malaysia :) even though i dont have many India friend beside Sathish who live in the sama residential,Taman Kerian =,="

4.And today's also my friends birthday Kamal,my fren since diploma at UiTM SIlver Campus,Acap friend & also my jr at UiTM Merbok, & my new friend Che Nin a.k.a Syikin,ex-practical student at Pejabat MARA Kerian,Happy Birthday to you 3,May Allah Bless You,aamiin & All da best in study,live,future in shaa Allah :)

5.Actually, we (me & the rest) juz finished our last program at Hotel Taiping Perdana,Seminar Kewangan Islam Anjuran bersama MARA Kerian&Larut Matang/Selama & dgn kerjasama Bank Muamalat & Majlis Agama Islam & Adat Melayu Perak... (brapa byk "&" lahhhhh). the program start at the morning till evening at 4.30,with the crowd almost 200people (students,entrepreneurs etc)

6. Lovely & Sporting panel we have that make the program live,for 1st panel from MAIAMP Ustaz Mohd Latif Talib with his speech about Zakat,then to our "star" of event, Ustaz Mohd Hafiz Hj Fauzi from Bank Mualamat,Riba: Jalan Pintas ke Neraka,Ustaz Zaharuddin Alias from Biz Banking Division of Bank Muamalat HQ,& En Noor Syukri Branch Manager of Bank Mualamat PB talking about Islamic Banking Products.

7. I dont have pics with me now,but in shaa Alla i will get by tomorrow from my fren Ila at office tomorrow :)

"Selamat Hari Merdeka yg ke-55" Keranamu Malaysia,opsss sry...tagline lama ek? =P Sry to say la kan,tagline br ni mcm x "urmmm" la =) biar orang nk kata aku ni out-dated or wutevar tp "Keranamu Malaysia" antara tagline terbaikkk selamat 55tahun kemerdekaan Tanah Melayu =) walaupun usia aku baru mengjangkau 26tahun >,<

Merdeka tapi fikiran rakyat masih 3rd class minded
Merdeka tapi fikiran rakyat masih Pak Turut
Merdeka tapi fikiran rakyat masih seperti cetek ilmu
Merdeka tapi fikiran rakyat masih mahu bertongkat
Merdeka tapi fikiran rakyat masih mahu disuap

tapi yg menarik nya orang yg cakap seperti diatas pun

Merdeka & 1st class minded tapi tindakan mcm 3rd class minded
Merdeka & Aktif/Assertif tapi tindakan mcm Pak Turut
Merdeka & berilmu tinggi tapi tindakan mcm orang cetek ilmu
Merdeka & sihat tapi tindakan masih perlukan tongkat

"i ♥ Weekend :) Nak-nak cuti 3hri plak kan >,< Selamat Hari Merdeka yg ke-55!! Merdeka dari dijajah,tp merdekakah kita?Minda?ada yg kata msih sarat di minda msing2 dgn agenda penjajah,ada yg sedar ada yg tanpa sedar,ada yg kata kita merdeka tp minda msih 3rd class minded,so 1st class minded ni cuba menunjukkan cara 1st class minded erti sebenar "merdeka" tp malangnya mcm lbh kurang ja...Merdeka yg 
sebenar dgn kembali kpd Agama,back to basic/back to the root...Islam tu sempurna,Islam tu luas!! Ayuh merdekakan diri Syaitan,merdekakan diri fahaman yg bertentangan dgn Islam,Rukun Islam & Rukun Iman itu kita dokong,br x rebah dek "penjajah" Yang wajib kita jaga,br la yg lagha tu kita dapat tepis dgn mudah!!Jgn tinggal solat,sbb kalo itu pn xblh nk jg toksah berangan nk bising2 sana-sini,even solat kita jg sekali pn,adab tu perlu seiring,br hidup kita lebih aman & harmoni...Jgn jadi orang islam semata-mata,kerna ada orang islam yg fasik...Jom jadi orang mukmin :,) wallahualam ~"

Bila org kuruihhh pi Gym,motif??


Assalamualaikum wbt

Wahhhhh!! Berhabuk teghokkk bloggy aku ni,nk buat cmna kan dh mood menaip asyik xsampi-sampi ja,plus ada komitmen len dtg sama,which is recently i juz started my internship semester,Ramadhan & Syawal & & b4 that with examination & preparation & so on =,="

Btw, its already 5weeks had elapsed for my internship & left out about 15weeks more to go,Jiayou-jiayou Syafiq >,< There a lot of more to be tru since 15weeks kinda long period,but yet i'm still way too excited to finish this fast even though my internship end on 7th December 2012 but yet still got Viva & Research report to be present & submit & in shaa Allah all will be finish before new year 2013 :) aamiin

Oh yeaa,i'm not here to story-mory about my internship but i'm here for this entry to share about something else which is "Bila org kuruihhh pi Gym,motif?"

Actually,bila ckp p gym ja mesti sinonim dgn muscular body,6pack,those bulk muscle & so on..kan kan? cecece jgn nk tipu =P tp mmg btl pn benda2 cmtu mmg akan dikaitan dgn gym

tp yg menjadikan isu skg ni ialah bila org kuruihhh mcm aku ni ( Ngeeee,perasan jap ) pi gym utk apa?sebenarnya ada benda penting yg sinonim selain kt ats td dgn gym iaitu tadaaaaaaaaaa fitness & lean body. This two things are more important for skinny person when associated with gym. Usually,skinny lazy a** bone like me =P which seldom to exercise is expose to disease,sick & ill. Even though skinny person look low fat physically but actually the fat occupied in blood/cholesterol and it's lead to high-blood pressure that normally senior citizen/older people but recent research shown that currently many adult at late 20th got this problem.

Okey,back to gym's issue...last tuesday night,i'm hangout with my fren's in Mamak's & one of them told that he went to gym somewhere at Taman Pekaka near USM Transkerian. He also told me that the fee really affordable,RM60 per month which really attract me the most. It's really arose my interest to subscribe there.

The gym's name,MFC which located in the same row with Riyas's & it's at 2nd floor of the building,my fren also told me that the equipment also fully equipped and there are trainer that assist us which much better =)

I've plan to start going there in this coming September,& already convince my 2 fren to come along with me. We're decide to go there after isya' & will be back around 11.30pm.

I know that outdoor cardio like jogging is much better than indoor in term of effectiveness,burning rate & so on,but since my work end at 5pm it's kinda tiredly to jogging in the evening & it's an obstacle to me in fact i would like to play football at field in front of my house at that time >,< at least by going to gym i can avoid the exposure to disease,sicks,& illness right?

My intention :

or entering bodybuilding tournament like this



By going gym,i would like to focus more on doing cardio exercises like using treadmill & bicycle & jumping & elliptical because these exercise will help me in :


  • Increasing of my endurance.
  • Contributes to healthy and good mental state of mind and good healthy skin.
  • Burns thoughs calories down quickly.
  • Increases the blood flow going to the muscles.
  • Lowers an individuals heart resting rate.
  • Improves the bodies metabolism for being faster.
  • Improves an individuals overall appearance

  • Hoping that after doing all this workouts & exercises i would have this type of body at least =P


    This is my goal >,<



    Below are some tips of using treadmill :


    Make a Regular Routine- After you have purchased a treadmill you must start using it first. Making your workouts a regular routine is the first thing you must do and follow too. Since you have treadmill at your place you are free to use it anytime. Routine making makes your mind focused that yes you i have to do workout today and slowly slowly it will become a schedule in your daily lifestyle.
    Don't Jump Off Instantly Over It- Means that don't just start running like its a race you are running to win . Start with ease , first start by slow running or walking on it and find speed that is comfortable for you. Generally its about 4-5 km per hour that you should start with. As your confidence will build up slowly slowly increase your speed of running according to you.
    Workout Times- Its often seen that beginners run like hell on the first day 1hour or more and from next day they are not able to use it again and are not interested again to walk on it and comes after long gaps. These thing 
    will not going to work and you will not find any results. Increase your workout timings slowly, say first day you exercised for 15-20 Minutes maintain this for 5-6 days and after that come to 25-30 minutes and so on . This will make your body incline towards these timings and will give good results.
    Run as you run outside- Running in treadmill make body posture like bending forward, running by hoding hand-rails. These things should keep in mind that while you do workouts on treadmill maintain a normal stride and not too long one's, keep you body straight and head should face forward. Run freely without holding hand-rails as you run outside this will maintain your body posture and your workout will become more effective.
    Intensity of your workouts- As you become comfortable on treadmill increase you intensity of workouts by either increasing the inclination or your speed of running. More intense workouts give better results but by keeping above points in mind.
    Try Different Workouts-Change your workouts while running on treadmill . Like if you are running for 5 min after that you can jog for little time say 2 minutes and then again come on running. Varying your exercises maintains our heart rate metabolism and gives effective results. Keep water bottle also near you as running makes you dehydrated.
    Enjoy while you run- Running and daily workouts can make you feel bored and it may effect your workouts. So while running you can listen to music or see television your favorite show , news etc. These activities will make you more involved in your workouts and as a result you can workout for longer time without getting bored.
    Last but not the Least- After you are to end your workouts be careful that you must make your hear rest well. Running on treadmill makes heart rate above normal and sudden stoppage of your workout can make you feel dizzy. So whenever you are going to end the workout end it with a slow jogging or walk so that you heart comes to normal.

    As cardio exercise as whole,


    The best cardio workouts are the exercises that you wil be doing every day on a cosistant basis. Choose the exercises that fits you the best and be sure to change up your exercises often.  Also try interval training during your cardio workouts that can also help you complete your fitness goal.
    There are two different kinds of cardio when it comes to cardio training. The "slow & steady" group and the "high intensity" group. Here is how these two groups breakdown.

    Slow & Steady Cardio
    • Long duration cardio (45min - 1 hour)
    • Low intensity cardio
    • Burn fat and not the carbs
    • Preserve joints
    High Intensity Cardio
    • Short duration cardio (20min - 30min)
    • High intensity cardio also known as (interval training)
    • Burn lots of calories and speeds up your metabolism throughout the day
    • Consider cardio like lifting weights, "explosive movements (sprinting, etc)



    "The combination with slow & steady, & high intensity cardio will be the best practice in first 6 weeks,i need to snap pics & to observe the progress b4 i can proceed with other part such as chest,bicep & tricep,shoulders,back & legs which require different types of routine."

    Memang tepat skali jawapan my fren ni,cita nya begini last night i went to Surau at Taman Lembah Bujang Indah Fasa4 for Solat Maghrib berjemaah then right after that we had a "Kuliah Maghrib"by Ustaz Sobri Imam Masjid Al-Mutaqqim Kg Bujang & the title is about "Rukun Solat" but he just focus on the earlier Rukun Solat, Tabiratul ihram & Niat...


    Ampa mesti penah dgaq pasai benda ni,


    "kalau kita niat baik ja dh dpt pahala, belum bt lg kalau dh buat lg la dpt pahala kan?tp kalo niat x baik, x dpt dosa lagi selagi x lakukan"


    Rasa-rasa penah dengaq x? aku rasa msti ampa penah dengaq pnya kan >,< 


    Selama hari ni, aku pnya pemahaman dr ayat tu mcm ni, niat dlm hati "Petang satgi aku nk p masjid blh solat berjemaah, pastu ada kuliah agama plak" so kalo ikot ayat td tu kira nya mcm dh dpt 2-3 pahala kt situ, 1 p masjid iaitu rmh Allah SWT, 2 Solat Berjemaah, & 3 Dengaq kuliah...


    Pastu nk dijadikan ceghita, ptg tu hujan lebat so nk p masjid tah kemana confirm x p la dgn payung xdak,gheta pn xdak ataupun ptg tu p pekan sbb nk beli barang lajak smpi mlm...


    Ceh konon-konon nya walaupun x jd p masjid utk solat berjemaah & kuliah td tp dh dapat pahala sbb aku dh "Niat" dh td...


    Akan tetapi sebenaq nya benda tu salah,benda tu bkan Niat tetapi Azam...


    Azam ialah apa yg aku bt td, kalo niat yg sebenaq nya yg dpt pahala tu ialah niat ketika diawal tindakan, contoh situasi dia mcm ni,


    Mcm td kata nk p masjid utk solat berjemaah & dengaq kuliah, niat yg dpt pahala tu masa ampa dh siap2 nk p masjid dh ats motor dh pastu ampa niat dlm hati, 


    aku nk p masjid nk solat berjemaah dengan nk dengaq kuliah,pastu ampa vroommmm vroommm smpi ka masjid utk solat berjemaah & kuliah,


    hat tu yg dpt pahala tu,tp tu blm cmpoq tindakan ampa lg,kalo solat berjemaah dpt lg pahala spt yg dijanjikan Allah SWT, pastu dgaq kuliah agama yg mna majlis yg di payungi oleh sayap/kepak malaikat tu akan dpt lg pahala.. 


    Kira nya mcm ni,niat yg dikira tu msti di awl perbuatan yg kita niat tu..


    Contoh lg 1 mcm ni,kita ckp nk p kelas ptg pkl2 nk belajar..then lps dh siap2,pastu dh nk gerak dh masa tu kita niat yg kita nk p kelas pkl2 ni sbb nk belajar itu br di kira niat..yg ckp awl2 tu blm niat lg cuma itu azam


    Ampa paham dok?


    Macam kwn aku Ateh Nughul tls td la,

    To be honest with u peeps, every times we do something, we should..No, we MUST do it Lillahita'ala regardless what job/work we do,& of course something good 


    xkan la kalo nk p mencuri niat kerana Allah ta'ala plak kan...

    Wake up Syafiq!!!Wake up!!!!

    It's a wake up call for
    MOHD ZAIHASRUL SYAFIQ BIN ZAINAL AKMAR.

    Why?!!

    It is because we're already entering 9th week of semester & yet 

    i'm doing nothing at all
    studying nothing at all
    knowing nothing at all. 

    Plus it about 4 more weeks left before final examination
    ( after minus 1week for special holiday for UiTM's)

    Test is around the corner & a lot of nearly dateline's assignment waiting in the line to be submit.
     DON'T YOU REALIZED THAT YET!!

    DON'T YOU REMEMBER YOUR GOALS??
    Rumah Flat4 for this sem & ANC!!!
    SO WORK YOUR A** HARD,DON'T BE SUCH A LAZY BONE!!

    Starting from this point, no more leisure time for you,Syafiq. Promise that you gonna study hard,working hard for tests,& assignment & preparation for final examination in end of June! OK,Syafiq??!!!

    REMEMBER,NO MORE LEISURE TIME OR RELAX TIME FOR YOU ANYMORE! IT'S GONNA BE A STRAIGHT/CONTINUOUS WORKING HARD UNTIL FINAL EXAMINATION END!!!

    Mesti ramai yg ckp aku tiru post dr Ustaz Azhar Idrus (UAI) hahahahaha..to be honest aku x tiru pn plus aku x tgk pn post yg dr UAI psl benda ni plus right after i posted this i saw Ustaz Don also post the same matter which he repost from UAI then br aku tahu post dr UAI tu >,< But even aku tiru sekali pun apa salah nya benda baik kan so x slh kan?kan? Sebagai peringatan utk diri sendiri & lain-lain disamping beramal kpd siapa-siapa yg membaca & x tahu psl benda ni. Lagi pun kalau aku copy dr sumber lain aku jenis yg suka goreng-goreng o paraphrasing almaklum udah blajo di unibesiti kalo x kena cop plagiarism =P hahahahaha...

    tapi aku nk tmbh lg sket mcm yg dlm post UAI tls,hidayah tu kita kena cari & so dgn cara yg kita lakukan dlm "paksaan" & "x ikhlas" tu salah satu tindakan kita mencari,mcm dlm kehidupan kita jgk.


    kalau kita sakit,kita cari ubat...
    kalau kita lapar,kita cari makanan...
    kalau kita dahaga,kita cari minuman...

    Sama la dgn hidayah ni,kalau kita nk hidayah kita kena cari/berusaha. Allah x zalim kpd hamba-Nya,percaya lah kalau kita berusaha insyAllah Dia akan sntiasa memberi/memakbulkan tapi sekali pun Dia x makbulkan jangan fikir yang Allah x sayang kita,percayalah yg sebenarnya Dia sedang menguji kita & percayalah jika kita berjaya mengatasi ujian Nya,ada ganjaran yg "lumayan" menanti kita >,< wallahualam
